We Participate in the Growth that We Help Inspire

What We Propose. Simple Is Better:

Profit share. You receive the vast majority.
Total alignment

P&L reaches an aspirational profit, CH receives a mutually agreed upon bonus.
Keeps everyone motivated and growing year after year

CH gives you a share of its profit from other accounts in your region.
1. Year-round pursuit of incremental revenue and to lower shared P&L expenses
2. Team and CH work together to leverage your community relationships

CH will invest capital equal to its % share of the anticipated profit.
